I cannot explain a typical session with Anthony as that’s not how he works, you talk and suddenly magic comes out of the conversation. He has been a hugely positive influence on how I’ve looked at my work over the last few weeks.
These days the hardest thing in the world seems to be getting and then staying focused. It’s the 21st century and we seem to have a million different things to do all at once. It can certainly be hard to slow down, even pause for a second, long enough to concentrate on just one of your important goals – or even simple goals.
It’s inevitable. When owning and running a business, there are going to be times when you feel stressed. There is so much that needs to be done and it keeps piling up until the end is nowhere in sight. Sometimes, it just doesn’t feel manageable.
