What Have I Been Doing The Past Five Years?

You may be wondering what I have been doing for the past 5 years, so I thought I would explain why I have been on the quiet side regarding my Coaching Businesses, ‘Passion4Life Global’ and ‘Anthony-Fleming.com’.

Well, winding back just over 5 years, I was busy with some major renovations of what is now our current countryside home. My wife also needed my help with her translation company. Initially, I agreed to a few hours a week as a Business Consultant, but this quickly became almost full time as I was asked to assume the role of General Manager. The good news is that in 22 months the profits increased over 700%! Currently (2017), this company has a very healthy turnover of several million.

I was also working with one of my coaching clients, who invited me to join his local flooring business as a 30% shareholder and business director. This was also a great success and within 3 years the profits increased from minus £3,000 to around £120,000. During this time,for several months, I supported BuzzPower, an initiative of Buzz Magazine, and agreed to coach some of its clients. My wife and I have continued to grow our property portfolio and towards the end of 2015,I agreed to be a Business Wealth Coach for the UK’s biggest social housing landlord and international businessman. I successfully coached many amazing people around the world in countries such as Australia, Luxemburg, Thailand, Sweden, Taiwan and, of course, in the UK. Also during these 5 years, I have travelled to Israel, Thailand, Singapore, Luxemburg, Czech Republic, Scotland, Madeira, France, Portugal, Spain, Italy and the USA.

What am I doing now? Well, I am no longer working as a Business Wealth Coach for the UK landlord and businessman. I am about to (May 2017) close my relationship with the flooring company and I have already moved on from being a General Manager. Of course, I wish all of my previous clients and business associates well, but now it is time to refocus on my own businesses.

So what does this mean in real terms? It means that I am now free to focus on my own coaching business and clients; and to write my first book ‘I Believe In You!’ (see a mock-up on this page), which is almost finished. I plan to hold a one-day Business Seminar shortly, which will be free of charge to all my current and previous clients; with a small charge for others. I am working with and being supported by a PR and Marketing Specialist in London, an Editor and Proofreader in Malta, and very soon I intend to hire a great Business Coach to ensure that I maintain my focus.

Now as we all know, life flies by very quickly, our time becomes more and more limited and any free time we have gets filled. So, this is a good time to catch my attention and to apply for a 3 or 12 month Business Coaching growth and support package. Note that my approach to Business Coaching is not a typical off-the-shelf package. I create bespoke sessions with you to meet your exact needs, and then blend these coaching sessions with Life/Performance Coaching to achieve the best results.
