You have probably been referred to me from the Buzz Magazine. Well before you spend time reading the whole of this page, I would like to ask you one simple question:
First of all you need to find the right business coach to help you, and I would recommend that you must have trust and confidence in the business coach you choose. How would you do that? Well it is obviously a good idea to meet face to face. You need to ask good questions. For example: Does he have good testimonials from previous clients? What results has he achieved to-date? Does he inspire confidence and reassurance?
You also need to see if your new business coach is willing to take at least a part of his fees based on results. If he is not then be cautious.
I want to share two further cautions with you:

CASE STUDY 1: I worked with one well-established local company for 22 months – ending May 2014. When I started I took a snap shot of where they were at financially at that time and again at the end of my contract. In a nutshell, when I left the company was in great shape: customer retention had gone through the roof, an experienced management team had been put in place and profits had increased by over 700% – yes over 700%!
CASE STUDY 2: A second company expanded dramatically over a period of 2-3 years; the owner has grown personally and the company is now looking to expand into different but related markets. Profits increased by well over 500% and this financial year the profits will increase 285%. This company has huge potential and could well become the next Camp Hopson of Newbury.
